The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer on the website and are intended to establish the general conditions for the use and purchase of products and services by the customer on the website loja.cheirobrasil.com.br.

When using the website loja.cheirobrasil.com.br and/or placing an order,
accept the terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms”). Make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing an order.

Only individuals aged 18 or over, who are not under guardianship and/or who do not act as a company, with an address in Brazil can place orders.
The inclusion of any products or services on loja.cheirobrasil.com.br, at a given time, does not imply or guarantee that these same products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We also reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time,
without prior notice to the customer. The version of the Terms applicable to your order will be the one published at loja.cheirobrail.com.br at the time of placing the order.

Cheiro Brasil aims to provide the best online experience possible. For this to be possible,
we need to ensure that our services run like clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or content that may harm or negatively impact our company, products or services; (ii) act in any way, or use any device,
that restricts, compromises, interferes with or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the website, or that impacts the security of the website, or (iii) use any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or engine (including but not limited to spiders, bots, crawlers
, avatars or intelligent agents) to browse or search the website or to copy content from the website. We reserve the right to immediately block access to the website and to close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PURCHASE PROCESS:
The Customer Service (SAC): The customer has this service to solve their doubts, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content made available on the site. The SAC can be activated by sending an email to [email protected].

3. DELIVERY POLICY:
The deadline for delivery of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, calculated in working days. Deliveries of Products are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm.
Exceptionally, some deliveries of Products may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Checking the suitability of the product's dimensions is the Customer's responsibility, who must ensure that these are in accordance with the spatial limits of the elevators, doors and corridors at the delivery location. There will be no assembly or disassembly of the product, transportation by stairs and/or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries.
Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the specified location. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old, and carrying an identification document to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts,
the order will be returned to Cheiro Brasil.
After completing the order, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance or, even, delivery priority.
The delivery time informed during the Product purchase procedure takes into account the stock, the region,
the invoice issuance process and the product preparation time.
The cost of delivery freight is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the Product.
Cheiro Brasil does not authorize the carrier to:
Enter the home;
Deliver by alternative means (example: lifting product through a window);
Perform installation or maintenance of products;
Open the product packaging;
Carry out delivery to an address other than that stated in DANFE.
Cheiro Brasil is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when this is exclusively due to customer pending matters, therefore,
It is necessary to attend the tax office for the goods to be released, bearing in mind that in these cases the information regarding releases and payments is only passed on to interested parties.
Right of repentance: the Customer will be entitled to exercise the right of repentance of the purchase, with the purpose of returning the Product,
hypothesis in which the following conditions must be observed:
The withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt;
In case of return, the product must be returned to Cheiro Brasil in the original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Documento Auxiliar da Nota Fiscal Eletrônica),
the manual and all its accessories.
The Customer must request the return via the Customer Service email ([email protected]). Expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product will be borne by the Customer.
After the product arrives at Cheiro Brasil,
we will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, we will refund the full purchase price. The full refund of the purchase amount will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction. If the refund of the amount is partial, another means of payment may be used,
namely, the deposit into account. In this case, the customer must be the account holder.
In purchases with a credit card, the card administrator will be notified and the return will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement period and also
the collection of the remaining installments after the full reversal of the value of the Product on the Customer's credit card carried out by Cheiro Brasil, is the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event of collection of future installments by the card administrator, the Customer will not be charged, since Cheiro Brasil, as mentioned above,
returns the full value of the Product in a single time, with the credit for the reversal being granted in full by the card administrator in the billing invoice subsequent to the month of cancellation.
In purchases paid with a bank slip, the refund will be made to the customer's current account,
the customer being responsible for informing the current account data for the transfer of the amount: bank, agency, and account number. The amount will be available in the account within 3 working days.
In exceptional cases of large volume of orders (during promotions or Black Friday) the order delivery period may be longer than initially anticipated.
4. ACT OF GOD AND FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither party will be liable to the other for any failure or delay in fulfilling the obligations contained in this contract caused by acts of God or force majeure.
