1 - Replacement by Defect

The deadline for exchange in cases of defect is a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the product.
You must proceed as follows:

b) After that, you must send the product for exchange and/or return,
as directed by our team.

c) Returned products must be accompanied by their original packaging, containing the labels.

d) After we receive your product in our company, we will analyze and if everything is according to our standard norms, everything will go well and we will solve your problem.
The deadline will depend on where you live, as we depend on the delivery deadline of our partner carriers.

The exchange of defective products will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the conditions by the Quality Control sector.
If it is verified that the indicated defect does not exist or that any defect in the product resulted from misuse by the customer (eg: inappropriate use or accidental damage caused by the customer, as per item 4 below), the exchange will not be made and the customer will be informed of this status via email.
The product will be returned to the same shipping address and the incident costs will be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from falls, accidents of any kind, improper use and conservation of the product.

 

2 - Exchange due to dissatisfaction or withdrawal
The deadline for exchange is a maximum of 7 (seven) days from receipt of the goods, and the product must not show signs of use and be in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

4 - Term of Warranty and Return of the Product to the Customer

7 - Colors and Product Details
